28th National e-Governance Conference Begins Visakhapatnam

The 28th National Conference on e-Governance (NCeG) 2025) commenced in Visakhapatnam, organised by DARPG and MeitY with Andhra Pradesh government support. The conference focuses on digital transformation and civil service reforms to advance India’s vision of a developed nation. This event also highlights the importance of infrastructure development and corporate social responsibility in achieving comprehensive growth.
Key Highlights of NCeG 2025:
- The conference is being held on 22–23 September 2025 under the theme ‘Viksit Bharat: Civil Service and Digital Transformation’.
- It is jointly organised by the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) and Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY) in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh government.
- The inaugural session will be led by Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge), and N. Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
- The event features 6 plenary sessions and 6 breakout sessions, highlighting experiences and innovations in digital governance.
- Around 70 speakers from diverse backgrounds will present best practices, strategies, and case studies on e-governance, citizen services, and digital innovation.
