Founders Message
The term ‘education’ encompasses more than just knowledge and knowing. It is a harmonious blend of academia, arts, sports, emotions, attitudes, creativity, and nature with life itself! In Today’s world, the one who is adept in all these areas is the one who succeeds.
As an educator, I had an earnest desire to build up an institution where education blended with colors of human values could be imparted. With pride, I can say my dream of a quality institution is finally taking shape.
Excellence is never an accident; it’s always the result of high intention, sincere efforts, intelligent direction, and skillful execution.

Success follows those who follow their heart. However, the environment around us isn’t always conducive to nurturing our passions and keeps us, individuals, away from realizing our true potential. Therefore, the focus at Universal Group of Institutions is to offer 360º developments to students, giving them a nurturing environment with versatile exposure to competitive examinations conducted by central and state governments like civil services IAS & IPS, SSC, and KAS among others.
With the power of SMART constantly being imbibed in academics, we ensure that the students imbibe the essential qualities needed to realize their passions and equip themselves to achieve them efficiently and ethically.
History
Universal School of Administration is the brainchild of the Universal Coaching Centre (UCC). Based out of Bangalore, it has been providing holistic and exam-oriented coaching for all competitive examinations at State and Central levels for the past 24 years. It has an all-India student base and caters to lakhs of aspirants from all over the country.
The Institute has an excellent track record in various competitive examinations like IAS & IPS, KAS and other Grade B & C services.

To create an institution of excellence imparting the art of good governance and impactful public administration through relevant pedagogy and empowering the students to become thought leaders and pioneering agents of change.
Mission
M 1: To disseminate knowledge of historical, geographic, social, cultural, political, economic, scientific, and technological aspects that are currently driving national and international businesses, education, tourism, political governance, administration, employment, and their impact on human life in our country and across the globe.
M 2: To inculcate positive personality traits and values such as tolerance, empathy, kindness, humanism, and nurture and promote ethical traits.
M 3: To create awareness of the need to safeguard and conserve our resources and work toward protecting the existing ecological systems, through academics, internships, motivational speakers, and inspirational initiatives.

In this regard, our educational institution has been contributing to a large extent in the holistic development of the students. So, the life of the students admitted here is well shaped and our organization has been successful in contributing the highest number of officers to the society and making a huge contribution to this competitive world.
Good learning builds a good society and a good educational institution creates good citizens. In addition to this, the Universal School of Administration has created a potential study environment; acquired qualified faculty team, good library, hostel facilities, good atmosphere and pollution free campus for the students who are interested to achieve in the competitive world.
