ANTI-RAGGING CELL ROLE:

(1) To conduct awareness programme on Anti-Ragging in the form of meetings and PPTs to the students.
(2) To conduct Anti-Ragging campaigns in the form of Flexes, Posters and boards in college premises and surrounding areas where there is a chance of ragging.

OBJECTIVES:

Anti-Ragging Committee will be the Supervisory and Advisory Committee on matters of planning Action for building and preserving A culture of Ragging-free Environment in our college. The committee is engaged in checking the places like Hostel, Buses, Canteena, Classrooms and other places of student congregation, for any incidences of ragging and shall educate the students in USA about the menace of ragging and related punishment provisions. Anti-Ragging Committee will be involved in designing strategies and action plan for curbing the menace of ragging in our college by adopting array of activities.

VISION & MISSION:

(1) To secure all areas in the college (i.e.class rooms, common areas, canteen, parking places, different blocks, play grounds etc.) and ensure that at least one Faculty member is present at a particular time at all locations to avoid ragging.
(2) To ensure USA as “Bully-free and ragging free campus”.
(3) To associate with Grievances and Redressal committee and help in anti-ragging activities.
(4) To generate an atmosphere of descipline.
