Conduct fair, impartial, and thorough investigations into complaints of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, adhering to principles of due process and confidentiality.

  • Resolution:

Facilitate the resolution of complaints through mediation, disciplinary action, or other appropriate measures, aiming to address underlying issues and prevent recurrence.

  • Advocacy:

 Advocate for policies, procedures, and initiatives that promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and equity on campus, actively challenging and addressing systemic barriers to equality.

  • Empowerment:

Empower members of the college community to speak out against harassment, discrimination, and misconduct, fostering a supportive environment where concerns are taken seriously and addressed effectively.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Continuously assess and improve ICC processes, policies, and training programs to ensure they remain effective, responsive, and aligned with best practices and legal requirements.
