The Minority Cell of School of Administration aims for a discrimination- free and liberal environment for the holistic growth of the students. The Minority Cell plays a pivotal role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the college campus, fostering a conducive environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. Roles & Objectives Representation and Advocacy: The Minority Cell serves as a platform for minority students to voice their concerns, grievances, and suggestions. It represents the interests of minority communities within the college administration and advocates for policies and initiatives that promote their welfare. Support and Guidance: One of the key objectives is to provide support and guidance to minority students, particularly those facing socio-economic or cultural challenges. This may include offering mentorship programs, counseling services, and academic assistance to help minority students thrive in the college environment. Cultural and Religious Celebrations: The Minority Cell organizes events and celebrations to commemorate cultural and religious festivals significant to minority communities. Promotion of Equal Opportunities: The cell works towards ensuring that minority students have equal access to educational opportunities, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.
