Workshop on POSH Act: Ensuring Safe Workplaces for Women

In a bid to create safer and more inclusive environments for women in workplaces, Universal School of Administration is hosting a crucial workshop under the IQAC initiative. The workshop is centered around the POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act), aiming to spread awareness and implement measures that ensure workplaces are safe and respectful for women.

Our Guest Speaker for the day is Ms. Shweta Krishnappa, Additional Government Advocate at the Karnataka High Court. With her extensive legal expertise, she will share insightful perspectives on the POSH Act, its significance, and practical applications to foster a safe work culture.
