The College management provides adequate infrastructure facilities for teaching and learning with Wi-Fi enabled classrooms, library, cafeteria, Hostels, Gym, sports and games etc. The brief description has given in the below.
Green Campus
Green campus state of art infrastructure facilities is being created on 10.5 acres with the built up area of 9959 Sq. Mts. Similarly top class amenities are being provided with backup of 5 KV UPS and 83 KV generator in the campus along with more than 1000 tree plantations with garden. Apart from academic facilities, the college has also exhibited its commitment to provide facilities like rain harvesting, solar water heaters, anemometer, RO purifiers, and Sewage Treatment Plant in the campus.
Gym, Sports & Games
The institute has adequate facilities for cultural activities, gymnasium, yoga and sports. State of art infrastructure facilities are being created at campus, ground floor built up area 2603 Sq. meters. And first floor 2210 sq. meters and phase three built up area 1254 Sq. feet for over all academic facilities.
The Institution is well known for its cultural spirit of the state and the Nation. It has an open stage with open space to accommodate 500 audiences. The Cultural committee is an attempt to capture the vibrant person of the students by offering them a platform to showcase their inner musicians, dancers, actors, painters, writers etc.
To strengthen & enrich the sports activities well equipped gym has been provided in campus. Outdoor games like: cricket, volleyball, football, track & field event and athletics 200 meters track are available in the campus. Facility for indoor games like chess, carom is also available.
Yoga sessions are organized in the morning for hostel inmate students. Yoga and physical exercise classes are a part of daily routine. There is a separate well qualified Yoga faculty to teach and train the students in Yoga activities with an objective of developing the students physically, mentally and spiritually.
Sessions are conducted to train students for Agnipath scheme of the Indian government.

Hostels
Residential hostel separate for boys with three floors, carpet area of 1986 Sq. meter with capacity of 280 students and girls hostel of two floors, carpet area of 1906 Sq. meter with capacity of 250 and Canteen facility is provided in the campus with hygienic food. The whole campus is under the surveillance of 64 CCTV cameras with security guards,
RO water filters and rest rooms, both for girls and boys are provided in each floor, separate bus facilities are available for both staff and students, where 26 students are day scholars and rest stay in hostel.
Cafeteria
The canteen is primarily responsible for serving nutritious and hygienic food to the students and staff. It also serves meals to the students residing in the campus. The objective of the Cafeteria and meal service is to protect by reducing the risk of foodborne illness, with proper sanitary conditions. From the very beginning of the College in 2017, the College Canteen has been functioning efficiently. The canteen is located inside the College. The hostellers, day scholars and staff are provided meals by assuring food safety and quality.
Even many day-scholars use canteen facilities for their breakfast and evening tea with snacks. The Management of the Canteen is directly under the control of the College Administration. The Contractor of the Canteen is selected according to the available and suitable quotations. A well-experienced person in food services management, his team is managing, the canteen of UGI Students and staff of the College are benefited by the College canteen.
ICT Enable tools
There are 12 lecture halls and 4 seminar halls, 1 board room and 1 auditorium, most of them are ICT enabled and under CCTV Surveillance. All the classrooms are with modern furniture. Also the classrooms are furnished with the general infrastructures like fans, lights. Each classroom has a provision of IT infrastructure for online learning, discussion forums, and webinars. Separate staff rooms for gents and ladies. All the floors are provided with Wi-Fi access. Notice boards are available in all the common areas, the whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Institution is facilitated with two lab/laboratories of different subjects i.e. Computer and Geography. The Institute’s library is the resource hub for knowledge and has a vast collection of books, journals, magazines and periodicals. The library has all the required facilities and the all operations of the library are automated with KOHA software. The institute’s library is located in the main campus with a total area of 2250 Sq. Ft. and a total seating capacity of 140 students with 5500 available books, 28 magazines, and 09 newspapers and back volumes of periodicals. The institute has enough budget provision for procuring books of subjects ranging from arts, commerce, languages, spiritual values, general knowledge, personality development and books related to competitive examinations.
The institution has provided 32 systems and 20 tabs for students with Seamless internet connection across classrooms, laboratories and common area.
Auditorium, Conference rooms and AV rooms
The UGI building has Large Auditorium to accommodate 200 persons. It is mainly used for Academic and cultural events held in the Institute. The Auditorium has advanced Audio-visual system, Internet facilities, and comfortable seats for better visibility. There is a large conference hall. It is equipped with LCD Projectors, Wi-Fi connectivity, Internet facility, Modular furniture systems. The hall can be easily divided whenever two separate events are held, by the acoustically designed movable partition system.
Labs
Computer Lab – UGI is having 32 computers. The lab in charge is responsible for the maintenance and utilization of the computers of the institution. The computers in lab, faculty lounge are periodically serviced and upgraded. Calibration of the equipment is being done on regular basis. Seamless Power supply to all computers and peripherals, Wi-Fi facility etc. are routed through UPS and generator.
Commerce Lab – In order to meet the challenging needs of Corporate Environment, it is not just sufficient for students to be theoretically sound, they must also be exposed to the external world in a dynamic way to face practical situations. Commerce Lab aims at stressing the importance of practical application of knowledge gained through theory. It helps students and staff members keep abreast of the latest developments in the business World.
Geography Labs – UGIhas a well equipped and featured Geography lab in the college building. This plays a pivotal role in enriching geographical base of the students which is indeed a necessary part of learning. The geography lab exposes the students to full spectrum of disciplinary subfields like the physical, human and nature-society.
The Universal School of Administration is having excellent physical facilities and well-equipped IT facilities for the student and staff.
