| The cell aims to develop research aptitude and encourages all to pursue research-based activities in emerging and challenging areas to foster an innovation ecosystem. It also aims to liaise with key funding agencies and faculty members to inculcate research temperament for the students, innovators, researchers. The cell is thus envisaged to network people, ideas, experience and resources to motivate a innovation community within college. |

| To prepare annual research activity plan for all the departments.To arrange brainstorming sessions through talks by eminent personalities from industry, R&D organizations and institutions of repute for the better understanding of research methodology and practices currently followed.The cell encourages faculty members of the college to publish their works in leading good quality journals and to present their research findings on the national and international platforms through seminars and conferences.The Cell conducts several programmes such as seminars, workshops and traning sessions to motivate the faculty members to undertake research activities and enroll to M.Phil and PhD programmes.The cell facilitates and supports the faculty to undertake research projects from various funding agencies. |
