Sports: Roles and Objectives

Vision 

Strive for “Mass Participation” of students in Games and Sports (Physical Activities) to develop Personal Health, Fitness and Social qualities which will enable them to become worthy citizens of India and to produce State, National and International level players.

Mission

Games and Sports are the important Dimensions of quality of an Institution of Higher Learning”.

  • Let the youth realize that “Body is the medium of all the Goals”. Body should be strong to achieve heights in any sphere of life.

To make youth aware of the importance of Games and Sports (Physical Activities) in the overall development i.e. Physiological, Psychological, Mental, Social and Spiritual.

 Roles of sports

 Team spirit: Working towards a common goal as a member of a team, selflessly, personal interests notwithstanding.

Leadership skills: Lead different people from all walks of life towards a common goal/objective. A good leader is one who leads others on to leadership.

Objectives of sports:

Playing sports and games helps students improve their self-esteem, social skills, and confidence. It also teaches them about time management and discipline. Moreover, it can also be used as a career path or hobby. Besides, it helps students reduce stress and depression.

Cultural Committee: Roles and Objectives

Proem

The cultural committee of School of Administration aims for a holistic growth by promoting extracurricular activities among the students. It provides them a platform to enhance their talents ranging from literary, art to performing arts. The committee also aims for a culturally interactive campus. As students from different parts of India are part of the Institution, the activities would also reflect the diversity of the students. Hence, students would be provided with a space to enrich themselves of the various aspects of different regions of India.

Objectives

The objectives of a Cultural Cell are to promote and celebrate cultural diversity, foster artistic and cultural expressions, and create a vibrant cultural environment.

  • Cultural Promotion: To promote and preserve the cultural heritage of a region or community by organizing cultural events, exhibitions, and performances.
  • Cultural Exchange: To facilitate cultural exchange programs that allow individuals to experience and appreciate the diversity of cultures from around the world.
  • Artistic Expression: To encourage and support artistic expression in various forms such as music, dance, drama, literature, visual arts, and crafts.
  • Cultural Awareness: To raise awareness about the importance of cultural diversity and cultural sensitivity, fostering a sense of respect for different cultures and traditions.
  • Cultural Education: To provide educational opportunities related to culture, including workshops, lectures, and seminars on cultural topics.
  • Celebrating Festivals: To celebrate and observe cultural festivals and traditions, promoting a sense of unity and belonging within the community.

      Universal school of administration has celebrated 77th Independence day 2023.Which has been organised by CULTURAL COMMITTEE . On this day many cultural activities were conducted. Programme was scheduled with a co-ordination and incharge of faculties and STUDENT COUNCIL.
