Proem |
The Women Empowerment Cell at the Universal School of Administration aims to maintain and augment the gender-neutral atmosphere of the college. The cell encourages the girls to come forward to talk about women-related issues and tries to sensitize the youth about gender reality as the goal to emancipate and empower women. The focus of the cell is to eliminate discrimination and all forms of violence against women and girl child. |

To Promote Gender Equality and a culture of respect for everyone. To Inculcate an entrepreneurial attitude among girls, at the earliest so that they can be “Job givers” rather than “Job takers”.To create a conducive counselling environment for women to share their problems.To identify and promote leadership quality among women. |

Introduction
Objectives Of Program:
- Good personal hygiene helps everyone to create a sense of self-confidence and boosts self-esteem.
- It helped them to enable women to navigate social interactions and professional settings with assurance.
- Practicing hygiene rituals can create a positive impact on mental health by reducing anxiety and stress levels, promoting relaxation, and enhancing overall emotional well-being.
- proper hygiene practices are important for a favorable professional image, and a sense of professionalism.

Report on personality Development and personal Hygiene Session for women.
Women Empowerment cell of Universal School of Administration organised a seminar on personality development and personal Hygiene session under IQAC initiative on 2nd December 2023. The Seminar was anchored by Rasika Reddy and Vidyashree 1St B.A. and the Introduction of the speaker was done by Shamita. The program was presided over by Sri. R Upendra Shetty, chairman of Universal School of Administration.
Smt. Shri Lakshmi Hedge introduced the program with a presentation on health and hygiene. It was about the challenges women are facing nowadays. Then she interacted with students about their concerns and problems. She suggested some techniques and hygiene practices that will help them to prevent any issues related to physical and mental health. She gave personality development presentations through some videos and PPTs that helped them build their confidence.
This session helped students-
- To learn better hygiene practices for health protection.
- It enabled them to create a better environment for women on campus.
- It created a better understanding of personality and how you should carry it everywhere.
- She Suggested some tips to students that they should adopt in their day-to-day lives.
Then after the session, they distributed Hampers to participants and also E-certificates to those who registered for this session. Students also found it relevant for their future. They gave feedback that this session was helpful for them to create better personalities and they want more sessions like this under our women empowerment cell.
