World Health Day 2026 is being observed globally with the theme “Together for health. Stand with science”. The day emphasises scientific collaboration, One Health approach, and strengthening healthcare systems to ensure accessible, affordable, and equitable health services for all, including the right to a pollution free environment.

● World Health Day is observed annually on April 7 to promote global health awareness and environmental democracy.
● Theme for 2026: “Together for health. Stand with science” highlights the role of scientific collaboration and environmental impact assessment in health planning.
● Focus on the One Health approach, integrating human, animal, and environmental health through proper environmental clearances and sustainable practices.
