From Barriers to Breakthroughs: Inspiring Futures at Universal School of Administration
The Universal School of Administration, under its IQAC initiative and in collaboration with the Equal Opportunity & Social Welfare Cell (Minority/OBC Cell), successfully hosted a motivational talk titled “From Barriers to Breakthroughs.” The session was designed to empower minority students with clarity, confidence, and direction in their academic and career journeys.
Presided over by Chairman Mr. R. Upendra Shetty, the event featured an engaging address by Mr. Prabhuling B.K, a competitive exam trainer, who shared practical strategies, real-life insights, and actionable guidance on overcoming challenges and achieving success.
The session emphasized resilience, goal-setting, and informed career choices, leaving students motivated to transform obstacles into opportunities. Held on 27th April 2026 at Seminar Hall 1, the program witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and management, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to inclusive growth and holistic development.
