Internal Quality Assurance Cell
At Universal School of Administration, we believe in a commitment to excellence in every aspect of education and administration. To ensure that our institution maintains the highest standards of quality, we have established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The IQAC serves as a dedicated body responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and enhancement activities across the institution.
The prime objective of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is to ensure the dynamic, efficient, and progressive performance of academic, administrative, and financial units within the institution. This includes:
a) Ensuring that all units’ function with precision, effectiveness, and forward momentum.
b) Embracing and implementing academic and research programs that are both pertinent and of superior quality.
c) Ensuring that academic programs are accessible and financially viable for diverse sections of society.
d) Incorporating and harmonizing contemporary teaching and learning methods.
e) Establishing evaluation processes that are reliable, impartial, and dependable.
f) Guaranteeing appropriate allocation, sufficiency, and maintenance of support systems and services.
g) Sharing research discoveries and building connections with institutions nationally and internationally.
Functions:
The IQAC undertakes a range of functions to achieve these objectives:
- Creating and applying benchmarks to uphold quality standards.
- Defining standardized measures for academic and administrative activities.
- Cultivating an environment that places learners at the core, fostering quality education and faculty growth.
- Gathering and evaluating feedback from all stakeholders regarding quality-related institutional processes.
- Distributing comprehensive information about various quality parameters to all stakeholders.
- Arranging intra- and inter-institutional workshops, seminars on quality-focused subjects, and encouraging quality circles.
- Cataloging diverse programs and activities contributing to quality enhancement.
- Serving as the institution’s central point for coordinating quality-centric initiatives. This includes adopting and spreading best practices.
